JOB SUMMARY The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Southern California site leads the HR function and drives positive employee/labor relations, HR operational excellence, and talent management at one or multiple sites. The HRBP is an integral part of the site team as well as the Division HR team and is responsible for providing leadership and coaching to management staff in support of key business objectives.
